Donato and McGuire were fellow custodians at Leestown Middle School. The two men had a history of conflict, and on June 9, 2009, McGuire shot Donato at the school. Donato died of multiple gunshot wounds. No students were in the school at the time of the shooting. Neither man had a prior criminal record. McGuire had previously posted on his Facebook page, "God made big men and little men. Mr. Colt made all men equal." He also added, "Need more guns!!" Learn More (lex18.com)
