Several people gathered at Bangs Avenue Elementary School for a fight. During the fight, a man fired his handgun into the crowd. The bullets struck and injured three men, ages 21-24. As the police arrived, the 20 fighters fled the scene. Police did find the injured men and had them transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune. Police suspect the handgun was a revolver as no shell casings were found and were still searching for the shooter on Thursday.
